Composting Project at La Posada Providencia, San Benito

In addition to being a tutor for English as a Second Language, Sister Therese Cunningham has created a Composting program at La Posada Providencia in San Benito, Texas. She does composting for their own vegetable and fruit gardens, for use at the Sister’s residence and the Center. She also does education classes and training on Composting, for the residents living temporarily at La. Posada and for volunteers who visit periodically or those who volunteer regularly!
